Doug Foley was outstanding! After a long and exhausting search for the right vehicle, I strangely found the truck I wanted at Audi Beaverton. I typically despise dealerships and After a long and exhausting search for the right vehicle, I strangely found the truck I wanted at Audi Beaverton. I typically despise dealerships and the whole experience, haggle, “manager meetings” etc...associated with purchasing a car. I went in after emailing the dealership and was introduced to Doug. I was immediately impressed with his candidness and honesty. Although my truck was in for servicing and not on the lot (would have been nice to know to avoid a long commute, but no fault of his), I made a deposit so he could hold it for me. Throughout the wait time, Doug kept me informed of progress and expected return time. When it was ready, he called me and I drove back to the dealership. Upon arriving, EVERYTHING was already in place and ready for signatures. The process was incredibly short and painless, and I even had my kids with me! All in all, Doug has been the best salesperson I have worked with. Incredibly professional, knowledgeable, nice AND has a sense of humor. I was blown away by this dealership, and would not hesitate to return there in the future. I worked with Alex Santana for my financing. Like Doug, he was honest, to the point and immediately prepared. There was no upselling, waiting, or BS associated with the process. He was great to meet, and even entertained my family with some stories about the building while I was signing paperwork. I would happily work with Alex again for financing needs! Left the place with a peace of mind I bought an A3 just a year ago. I had been in an accident a month ago and the auto body shop I took it to left things to be desired.
