Not only did they fix the two problems I was having, but they provided me with a report which described in detail how they verified the accuracy of my complaint, then described exactly what they did to fix the problem. As an engineer, I really appreciate the level of detailed information they provided, which has not typically been my experience in a half-century of owning cars. Kudos!! More

Valerie Berset-Price is the best representative of a great dealership. No pressure there, a very pleasant person to deal with. I would definitely consider buying another car through her.
