I have been very impressed with their professionalism. Their multipoint inspection is useful to avoid serious problems. Easy... finally!!! I usually dread the car buying experience. I am not a fan of long drawn out negotiations. So when I began working with Craig Fleishman at Audi Beavert I usually dread the car buying experience. I am not a fan of long drawn out negotiations. So when I began working with Craig Fleishman at Audi Beaverton, and his only promise was "I wont waste your time", I was instantly relieved. Craig exceeded this promise. He had the car I was interested in waiting for me, and ready to drive. After a test drive, he allowed me time alone to process and debate my decision uninfluenced by his words... no hard sell. He left me with clear expectations and time lines, and more information about the vehicle than I could have hoped for. i was in and out in under an hour with my new car purchase completed. It is rare to have your expectations exceeded. I will buy my next car from Craig as well. Heather in finance was super pleasant and easy to deal with as well. At no point did I feel pressured or influenced in any way, just informed. So refreshing. More

Ultimately we did not finalize the transaction, primarily because I love my 2016 A6 TDI Prestige, and I struggled to justify the purchase. They have the best selection in the state, both new and used and they know the product line well. Highly recommended. More
