It's the simple things that make a HUGE difference; like a friendly person to greet you when you drive into the service area at Audi Beaverton, having one person designated to you during your service journey, ensuring the loaner vehicle you get for the day is a pleasure to drive, getting text messages throughout the day regarding the progress of your service journey!! Smooth I live 90 miles from this dealership where I purchased my A8. My wife's Q5 needed a minor service item and on short notice I called when in POrtland. They squeezed me in and about an hour later we were on our way home with the service done, the car washed and the car vacuumed and advised that there were two minor revcall noitces to be taken care of on a subsequent visit. I am a car guy and this is a professional well run dealership from sales to service to parts. More
