Dustin and the entire service team are amazing! We brought our SQ7 in for service and a warranty recall. Said it’d take a day to complete. Dustin kept me in the loop the entire way! They found that the alignment was a little off and that it’d be a little longer to complete. Not a problem! I’d rather them find the issue and fix it before it becomes a bigger issue. The day after, it was all washed and ready to go! In their eyes they felt bad that it took longer than quoted; but to me, it wasn’t an issue.
