I called Beaverton Audi to take advantage of an oil change coupon they sent. When I arrived, Asmaa (my service rep) reminded me that I still had a pre-paid service that would be expiring next month. Instead of paying for a 'discounted' oil change, I got that and the rest of the services included in my pre-paid service contract at no charge. Way to go, Asmaa!! While I was there, Asmaa also identified that my wife's A4 also has a pre-paid service contract. She determined that the wife's service agreement also expires in 3 months, so we'll be bringing her car in (early) rather than missing out on the service we already paid for. The folks at Beaverton Audi are professional and caring! Asmaa is exceptional, and very knowledgeable as a service representative. We love her attitude and helpfulness as well as entire service department at Beaverton Audi! More

Overall I thought the staff was very pleasant to deal with. I was surprised that there was not any loaner cars or a in-house shuttle.
