Audi Beaverton - Service Center

Great service visit with one persistent glitch I have been dealing with Beaverton Audi since the purchase of my car there in November 2011. I have always had caring knowledgeable people providing s I have been dealing with Beaverton Audi since the purchase of my car there in November 2011. I have always had caring knowledgeable people providing service with a smile and consideration. My most recent visit a week ago was for 2 routine service items that required keeping the car overnight and a loaner vehicle. The work was done quickly, correctly and efficiently. My problem with the dealership involves the seat in the loaner and the return of my own car at pick up. It seems most of the personnel which move these cars around are small and short. Almost without exception, when I get into the car, the seat is so far forward I can barely get in. When my car was returned at the end of the service, the situation was the same. I could not get into my own car. If you move the seat forward, move it back when you get out. It is just simple consideration. This issue is a small side nuisance but one that needs to be addressed. Overall, I am very satisfied with the dealership. More

Service Check-in I came in for my 5K checkup and noted with the tech that my seat was dirty. The service department called me at 7 am when they opened to let me know they had my car and were working on it.. At 7;20am I had a driver pick me up at my house and bring me to Beaverton Audi where I had a loan car in 10 minutes and was out the door and was only late 15 minutes to work. They called in the afternoon to let me know they fixed my car. Beaverton Audi customer service exudes the exact example of how customer service should work.
