The buying experience a year or two ago was great. The service experience we've had especially lately has been very poor! It takes several calls to get anything schedule, we are never notified when parts service experience we've had especially lately has been very poor! Our service person told us an oil change would be an hour or two then he told us we needed to keep the car overnight. We were told we needed some break pads replaced and the parts needed to be ordered, then when we called to bring the car back in the parts had been shipped there already and we never heard from anyone to bring th3e car back in...very disappointing. More

Chris Brzezinski is friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I planned to wait around at the dealership but since it was taking more than 2 hrs, Chris arranged for a drop off to my home. While driving from Seattle to San Jose, warning light for brake pads was illuminated. Portland Audi to the rescue! Talked to Alex and then transferred to Niki Salinas! We bought our first A4 here and were very impressed with the service and sales departments. We have always had our cars serviced here.
