We began this trust relationship many years ago with an Audi A4. You were our first choice. Your Service had an 8 day wait. We waited. You were prompt to deliver the loaner when you picked up the A8 on Audi A4. You were our first choice. Your Service had an 8 day wait. We waited. You were prompt to deliver the loaner when you picked up the A8 on agreed date. Although, the driver was given the wrong address. It all worked out. The service took longer because of Our Service Warranty. Then (we) delayed. We needed to know the cost of recommendations not covered by Warranty. Disappointed and surprised, only the covered items were repaired. The Pop-Up Screen for the back up camera-has not functioned since it was returned. And No One has corrected our address. All of that to say this. We appreciate Rachel’s efficient thoughtfulness and the Service Department’s careful attention and repair. No doubt there will be another occasion. Service department was incredibly helpful. I misremembered the time I signed up for service and actually arrived about an hour early and they got me right in anyway. My 2010 A5 was having major issues that 2 other transmission places couldn’t fix. Audi Beaverton took over, got the repairs approved, I am Very happy with how quickly they fixed my car. So grateful for the fantastic service. In the midst of moving to Portland, so this is not my usual dealer.
