Terrible service. Don’t know they’re stock products. Tire blew out next day I bought a car. They still wanted to charge and kept my car for 3 days. Aimee don’t know nothing about tires and sizes. They wanted blew out next day I bought a car. They still wanted to charge and kept my car for 3 days. Aimee don’t know nothing about tires and sizes. They wanted charge me 280$ and I replace my tire in different store for 140$. Would never recommend this place to friends. More

I was initially impressed with how quickly I was able to schedule and get my S4 in for service. They were ready for me when I got there and when I returned to pickup the car. Outstanding Service We had to take my 2008 A6 in for service due to bad fuel pump. After replacing the pump they found ECM was also not working. They had to order part fr We had to take my 2008 A6 in for service due to bad fuel pump. After replacing the pump they found ECM was also not working. They had to order part from Germany. They allowed us to use loaner car for over 3 weeks while getting replacement. They are hands down the best service department we have ever used. We also have a Mercedes and we have have always been disappointed with their service compared to Audi Beaverton. Just the service department alone would make us want to buy a Audi rather then a Mercedes. Joe G. More

I appreciate the way that, from the time I pulled in, the gentleman in the garage taking me into the service desk and handed me off to Brian, to Brians professionalism are something I appreciate and think its important to comment about. So often things aren't handled well or people don't do their jobs well, I am quick to comment.
