Thank you for your time providing unfiltered feedback. The series of events does need some clarity. Your tire had a large impact in the center tread from road debris which lead to your flat tire. The tire was not flat at time of delivery and there was no tire pressure monitoring warning to indicate an issue. At time of purchase we offered multiple extended warranties, one of which would cover road hazard incidents such as yours. Your direct reply to our finance team was “I will take my chances”. Once your vehicle was brought in for service we informed you of the need to replace one tire and the cost associated. Correct tire information was provided to you on size and brand. The service consultant acknowledged the mistake regarding the type of tire and alerted you immediately when it was found, apologizing for the error. You can get your tires elsewhere for lesser price, the unfortunate downside is they are not Audi Original tires engineered specifically for your vehicle. We chose to offer our clients Genuine Audi products direct from our manufacturer that offer peace of mind and backed by a warranty. We appreciate your time and review and will of course keep it in mind when considering products and services offered to our clients.
