Very good service experience. I was sent a letter by Audi USA stating my A6 passenger airbag was a Takata brand requiring replacement and I would be contacted for the service. A c I was sent a letter by Audi USA stating my A6 passenger airbag was a Takata brand requiring replacement and I would be contacted for the service. A couple of weeks later I inquired with Audi Beaverton and was told I'd be contacted in order of my serial number. Several months later, after no contact, I inquired with Audi Beaverton again. One replacement airbag was in stock and we scheduled the service including a loaner car. This lengthy preliminary phase was only negative. The actual service experience was excellent. Upon arrival the paperwork was completed within minutes and I asked for a Q3 loaner. In another couple of minutes a "clean as a pin" 2,300 (+-) mile Q3 was brought up and away I went. The service was completed within the estimated time and my A6 was returned freshly cleaned. The whole experience was conducted in an impeccably clean indoor drop off/pick up area with a walk through to the show room. The reps were all very polite, well dressed, and very accommodating to any question or request I had. I'm impressed. More
