Came in for an oil change and a “ low coolant warning. I was offered a multipoint inspection for$350. The oil change price would be deducted at the end of service. My car was serviced due to engine fire damage from an animal nest in the engine compartment. My car was at the service department for over 9 weeks. It seems that some of the parts were backordered, then animal nest in the engine compartment. My car was at the service department for over 9 weeks. It seems that some of the parts were backordered, then when they started work, there was more damage found, which required, another part to be ordered. I was told that part was also backordered. After 8 weeks, i received a call that the parts were in and work had begun, but my battery was found to be no good. The battery was not covered under insurance and I was quoted 880.00. Seeing my car was in the middle of repairs, I had no choice but to agree. Labor to remove/install the battery was almost $500.00! While i understand that the cost of ownng an Audi is high, it should still be somewhat reasonable. Insurance paid over $11,000 to Audi for the repairs, (parts were approximately $1600). On top of that when I got the car back, I noticed a piece of plastic in my cup holder. It appears that it snapped off somewhere in the car during the repair process and they didnt bother to fix that. The car does run fine, but overall the experience was not a good one, when it came to schedule and cost. More

I had been on the hunt for an exceedingly rare vehicle (fewer than 250 in the US - seriously there are more Jaguar XJ220's and Porsche 918 Spyder's out there) for quite some time. I eventually tracked THE one down, and even though it was located out of state, Audi Brookline worked with me every step of the way. I initially connected with Amanda McEachern, who helped secure the vehicle for me, and I ultimately concluded the sale with Moses Ba. Both Amanda and Moses were phenomenal to work with on the sales side, and Alex helped finalize the cash deal paperwork on the finance side. It was, bar none, the smoothest transaction I’ve ever had with a dealership—and I purchase new vehicles yearly.
