Manny was a clear communicator, responsive, personable. He handled the whole deal with integrity and humanity, clear on what he could and couldn't do with a used car deal. When we noticed some mechanical and cosmetic issues with the car, he went the extra mile to get them replaced/repaired and do it right, including sending the car to a different dealership in their network to handle a warranty issue their service department could not. We had to come back twice for service reasons, but he handled it responsibly. Finance was a little trickier, as we were offered several "upgrade" packages we didn't want, but we were ultimately able to say no without any negative consequences. Recommend this dealership. More
