Brendan was going to work to get it transferred back, but I asked to drive whatever they had that was the same model to make sure the effort wasn’t wasted. I drove a car that was $10k more than what I’d planned on spending, but it was just what I was looking for. Rather than giving up on me (with tact and straight talk), we worked the numbers, looked at the work the dealership had put into the car, the warranty details, and ultimately I got to take it home! I probably wouldn’t have spent the extra money, if not for Brendan’s professionalism, confidence in his product, and his ability to walk me through it all (he even helped entertain my raucous 2 year old). I’m SO happy I spent a little extra and bought the car. More
