Most people probably don’t buy an Audi on the spot, but Sven was honest, efficient and courteous, so I ended up leasing an A6 during our first meeting. Afterwards, Josh Morrison helped completed all the lease documents very efficiently. Josh was also very friendly and professional and it was a pleasure working with him. I had multiple email exchanges with Sven after signing the lease and he always responded to my email promptly. During the delivery, Sven was very patient and thorough while explaining all the features of the vehicle and also kindly offered a second delivery. He has made the whole process a wonderful experience. Needless to say, my family is very happy with the A6. I will highly recommend Sven and Audi Burlington to my friends and colleagues and look forward to working with Sven and his team again in the future. More

He answered all of our questions and even took the time to show us the inventory of new Audi vehicles with which my father could replace his. Overall it was a great experience thanks to Tres. Tres was exceptionally friendly and listens carefully to customers needs. He searched for just the right features and found the perfect fit and finish. We now have an 2017 S line A4 that's Moonlight Blue/Nougat Brown interior. I want to thank the whole sales team that helped us when we had to replace our second 2011 A4 including Tres, Ted and Chris. If you are looking for excellent service and I truly mean this look no further than this dealership. I also found the financing very simple and Kevin explained everything very well. During delivery Tres went through all of the features and answered all of our questions. We had both of our A4s serviced at this dealership and will have the new one serviced there as well. The service manager Jim Parolosi makes sure to get the service on time and right the first time. I'm am extremely pleased with this sales experience. More
