We took a night to think it over, and called him to make a second appointment. He made time for us during the busy weekend. He found a pre-owned car that was absolutely as good as new, with an even better trim level than we were looking for. He ran the numbers and pros and cons for both the new and preowned option. Turns out he was completely right - the preowned was the car for us. We got more car for less money. He really took the time to learn about what we wanted and he respected our budget. There was no pressure. He was friendly, professional, very educated about the product, and a joy to work with. I would recommend Michael Gibbs and Audi Burlington without reservation. Beyond happy with my decision.
