Last week my Audi A-6 oil warning light came on and I found the level to be low when I checked the dip stick. This was the first time I experienced a low oil level in almost four years of ownership so I found the level to be low when I checked the dip stick. This was the first time I experienced a low oil level in almost four years of ownership so I called Jim Parolisi at Audi Burlington who told me to bring my car in rather than try to replace the oil myself and possibly use the wrong type. He said there was a recall to replace the engine breather that would reduce oil usage so my problem would not occur again. I asked if I should schedule my next minor maintenance at the same time. Jim replied that I had 4,500 miles before it was due and it would be OK to wait since he would top off the oil during the recall work. He also told me there was another recall they would do at the same time to replace the radiator mounts with an improved design to give the radiator better support. Jim told me there would be no charge for any of the work which included testing after the installations were completed.He was able to work me into their schedule at a convenient time for me and arranged for a new A-6 as a loaner vehicle. When I told Jim I preferred to pick my car up the next day to sync with an appointment in the area rather than come back that evening, Jim replied that this would not be a problem. When I returned the next morning my car was ready and as usual it had been washed and the interior cleaned. I have dealt with Jim Parolisi for several years and found him to be highly professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very pleasant to deal with. When I had a frustrating experience with a front end alignment problem and out of round tire two years ago, Jim patiently worked through it with me during several visits until a solution was found and implemented, Regardless of the problem or question I have and no matter how busy he is, Jim calmly stays engaged on my issue or question until I'm satisfied.These are things you don't forget. I hope Audi Burlington realizes what an outstanding employee and company representative they have in Jim Parolisi. More
I purchased a CPO A6 a year ago, and it's due for 55k mi service. I called to schedule a visit, brought the car in the next day. No waiting line, Jim took notes of all my concerns, and within 30 minutes, I left in a loaner - also an A6. Got call from Jim in two days, and car was ready. Jim discussed all my concerns, which were either repaired under warranty, or explained what they did and why they thought it's normal, also had a recall serviced. The down side, the total bill (55k mi service + brake fluid flush) is over $1100, I think this is way too much. But this might be an Audi thing? I googled a little bit, the average I got from online is not much cheaper than what I paid. But still.... Overall, I had a good experiences. More
Jeff was really patient and helpful! I didn't know how to exactly describe what was going on with my car but he KNEW and my car was fixed and put back into perfect shape!!! I scheduled a service appointment with Jen to have a simple oil change done on my 2005.5 Audi S4. Jen was very helpful and polite in setting the appointment. Her presentation made me feel that she actually cared about her customers and enjoys her job. When I worked with Jim upon dropping off and picking up the car, he took an actual interest in knowing details about the car, i.e. how long I have owned it for, what I like about, what I dislike about it. Even though it was just an oil change, I plan on using Herb Chambers in the future when I travel to the Boston area for business because of the way the employees in the dealership take a genuine interest in their clients. I work as a District Manager for a major retail chain, and I know that this customer service can only be achieved if upper level management provides a good work envirornment for their employees, and then in turn it trickles down to the customers. Kudos to the entire team at Herb Chambers Audi. More

Went into the Audi of Burlington dealer trying to figure out if my wife and I were going to purchase an A4 Quattro or the Volvo S60 R-Design and after working with the team their in Burlington, we are the n out if my wife and I were going to purchase an A4 Quattro or the Volvo S60 R-Design and after working with the team their in Burlington, we are the new owners of a great 2013 CPO Audi A4. Our sales associate - Bruno Lopes - was incredibly helpful and knowledgable and even came in on a day off to finalize the purchase for me. It was also nice to see all the associates there working together as a team to help the customer with any questions/concerns they may have. Their pricing was fair - but be aware they have moved to this non-negotiable smart price that you see a lot of dealers transitioning to today. With that said, I still think they went the extra bit to give me all they could plus more for my trade that still got me to what I went in considering a "reasonable price". In comparison to other car purchases I've made elsewhere, what I would say best describes Audi or Burlington is they have a customer service experience that matches the luxury car brand that they sell. Would recommend them for anyone looking to purchase a new or used Audi. More

I received great service from them. They offered a test a drive of S6 , and of course I took it. What a great a car. They also let me test drove A7, cause that's why I had originally wanted. Negotiated on prices for prestige and premium models. Great service and great prices. Then we go to Burlington dealership. Here I am thinking we are gone get better deal cause they sell lots of car( that's what I had heard). Go in start talking with Russ. Couple other employees were giving us the look like u can't afford that. We are only 24 years old. We start talking with Russ, he wants us to tell him what I want to offer him. I threw him him a number. He said that can't happen. Then we threw another number. He went to ask the manager. Manager comes back. "Ok, who is buying the car". I am. " that offer won't work, thanks for coming have a good day" They lost 3 sale for that day cause they would of had one trade and two brand new car. And all four of us own a 13 restaurant combined. Questions? 1. Where is the counter offer? 2. Why underestimate when 24 year adult comes to buy $70,000 car? 3. Should I bring my tax return next time so u don't judge? Oh yeah, and I am getting my next audi at Nashua, nh. I am also going to make my cousins buy from there. More
