The staff was incredibly courteous and accommodating. The process of buying a new car can be a tedious one, but John was extremely patient and was able to answer all of our questions, and concerns. John was always pleasant (even after my husband got a little demanding!) Overall, the experience was a great one. I ended up with a wonderful q5. I just bought a 2012 A6 CPO from Burlington Audi. I live in North Carolina and was after a 2012 certified A6 in a certain color and option combination, and it finally popped up in Boston. The price was reasonable given it was a CPO car with very low miles. Since it was a CPO car (I've bought one before), I knew I could buy it without test driving it because of the high quality standard it has to meet before it could be certified by Audi. I did my test driving in NC, then knew what I wanted. Jon Miranda was my salesperson. He was very candid when he did a physical inspection of the car with me on the phone. I went ahead and purchased it long distance. We did all the paperwork via email and originals by mail. Since Massachusetts doesn't have a temporary license plate system, Jon did a great job of explaining the entire process for me to get my new car, and laying it out clearly in an email. This let me set my expectations on how long it would take before I could arrange a flight to pick up the car. It took close to 2 weeks from initial sale until I could get the NC DMV to issue me NC plates to put on the car and drive it home. Jon offered to pick me up from Boston airport so I didn't have to deal with an expensive taxi ride, which I appreciated so much. And he did it on a morning that he wasn't scheduled to work! When I got to the dealership, the car was beautifully detailed and waiting for me. As I examined the car's condition, it was exactly as Jon described on the phone. Jon spent plenty of time going over the car's many high-tech features, and also the Audi Connect subscription, which I took advantage of. Over the years, car salesmen have earned a bad reputation (and many deservedly so), but Jon Miranda is one of the good ones. Very professional, not pushy and customer focused. He gets my highest praise, and I recommend him to anyone in the Boston area looking for an Audi. More

He would follow up, ask me questions, listen to my answers, ask me more questions and over time found the right car for me. When I had a couple of concerns Caitlin jumped in and put them to rest, really nice person. The finance manager, Dennis was personable and laid back making the paperwork enjoyable. The sales manager, Nick Dota, was professional and over the top great to work with. When we are ready for our next Audi we will be back.
