My recently purchased A8 developed a cooling system leak which was only corrected by a part from Germany. Once completed the service adviser offered me a complete interior and exterior detailing at some future date to 'reward' me for my patience. Service like this under difficult circumstances is rare. I have bought a ton of cars over the years and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. I always hate when you buy a car and the salesperson knows nothing about it. Jay knew everything about by far the best experience I have ever had. I always hate when you buy a car and the salesperson knows nothing about it. Jay knew everything about the Audi and was very good at explaining it to someone like me who isn't very good with the technology side of the cars. He helped me hook up my bluetooth phone and even knew the phone better than me. I had no intention of buying a car when I walked through the door but Jay and Audi of Burlington made the experience painless and the car was even better than expected. I was also amazed at how clean the shop was when we walked through it. I look forward to buying my next car from Jay and Audi of Burlington when we replace my wife's car sometime later this year.
