After reviewing the necessary repairs via an application, I attempted to contact the service member via voicemail, but I was unable to receive a response. I made a follow-up call the following day, but there was still no answer. Upon retrieving my vehicle, I discovered that the service member was not present, and other team members were unaware of my intention to collect my car. The communication breakdown was severe. Given my imminent need for a new vehicle, I will be selecting a different Audi dealership and exploring alternative service providers in the future. More
