Today’s service appointment was an absolute waste of my time. When I picked up my car that they confirmed was ready and waiting for me, it took 20 minutes from when I paid to when they brought me my car (f time. They told me they were finishing cleaning it and it would just be a minute. 20 minutes later brought it to me…still dirt all over my car and obviously untouched. I don’t need a car wash, but don’t lie to me and don’t waste my time. Nobody apologized or acknowledged they had made me wait along in an empty lot while everyone sat quietly at their desks. Not going back. More
