I went in for an oil change and was asked whether I wanted the 40K service. Knowing this was a costly service, I declined. Then, Jim Parolisi informed me that the service was covered because the prio wanted the 40K service. Knowing this was a costly service, I declined. Then, Jim Parolisi informed me that the service was covered because the prior owner of my vehicle had purchased Audi care. Really? Thanks!! They did all the service and then some. Best thing of all, at the end of the day my bill was a big fat zero! My favorite dealership! More

Allen worked with us to help solve a couple of big issues that popped up in the short amount of time we had to resolve them . Great communication from Allen and quick and total resolve .
