We got exactly what we wanted. I had a very specific request of color and Interior and Eric tracked down exactly what we wanted and had it shipped in. We also had to leave some tires from our trade in behind at the dealership until we were able to pick them up. The dealership was more than accommodating. Eric took the time to explain all of the advanced features of our new Audi, and even made sure I could work the self park feature. :) More

He did mention my car had front parking assistance, after purchase I found out it in fact doesn’t. Not a deal breaker, we all make mistakes. In total I highly recommend Eric and plan to do business with him again. As for their used car department, they did put new tires on the car before purchase which is nice, but my air filter is disgusting. A huge disappoint with my car coming from a dealer as respected as Audi. More
