He did mention my car had front parking assistance, after purchase I found out it in fact doesn’t. Not a deal breaker, we all make mistakes. In total I highly recommend Eric and plan to do business with him again. As for their used car department, they did put new tires on the car before purchase which is nice, but my air filter is disgusting. A huge disappoint with my car coming from a dealer as respected as Audi. More

Best Car Buying Experience Ever! Through the years we have purchased our fair share of vehicles. Our car buying experience with Audi Cary was the easiest by far! We weren’t bombar Through the years we have purchased our fair share of vehicles. Our car buying experience with Audi Cary was the easiest by far! We weren’t bombarded with sales people the minute we pulled into the lot. We were able to look around a bit and then were promptly greeted when we entered the showroom. Len Talarico was courteous, professional and so enthusiastic to show us our first Audi. We were able to take the Q5 for an extensive test drive, while Len explained all of the car’s features. This allowed us to get a great feel for the vehicle. While discussing trade in options, financing, etc. we felt no pressure at all to commit to purchasing the vehice. Len made sure all of our questions were answered. The sales manager took a moment to come by to thank us for stopping in. Once we decided that this was the car for us, the process of purchasing the vehicle was so easy! There were no games and back and forth with numbers. We did our research and knew the vehicle was priced very well. We were pleasantly surprised at the amount offered for our trade. The financing process was equally as smooth. The business manager took the time to explain all of the paperwork and it took no time at all. Once the vehicle was officially ours, Len took the time to go over all of the various features with us. His knowledge was evident and very appreciated! If you’re in the market for an Audi, definitely look at Audi Cary. You won’t be disappointed!! More

After reviewing the new pictures we came down met Eric did our test drive of the car. Their was one thing that needed fixing Eric made sure that happen. This clearly was the best experience I've had.
