Exceeded my expecations! I took in our vehicle in for routine maintenance and it was brought to my attention by Charles in the service department that we had not completed a r I took in our vehicle in for routine maintenance and it was brought to my attention by Charles in the service department that we had not completed a recall for our vehicle which could result in a hefty pay out for us. He set me up with Rich in sales who sat down with me and made sure our claim was filed properly. They were very transparent in the fact that we were missing out on a huge monetary settlement due to the recall on our vehicle. They could've just ignored this and done my quick service and moved on, but the fact that they took the time to make sure I was taken care of speaks volumes of this dealership. Listened and located exactly what I wanted I was really pressed in finding a vehicle in a short time. My previous car was totalled and I needed some form of transportation. I was even offered a loaner until my car came in, as it was coming from a few states away.
