Great Sales Rep/Dealership/Car Wanted to buy a new 2018 Audi Sportback as soon as they were available. Went to the Dealership and met Rich Gouhin about a month prior to this model Wanted to buy a new 2018 Audi Sportback as soon as they were available. Went to the Dealership and met Rich Gouhin about a month prior to this model getting to the US. Rich was outstanding from day one! They got in a black teaser model but my wife didn't like the color. She wanted white with a whole bunch of options. Gave the specific build to Rich, we agreed on price and he found the car! The other dealer wouldn't give it up and Rich knew we wanted to have it for our vacation to the beach by Friday, 5/5. Rich found another exact match a further away but had it to Audi of Charlotte ready to pick up that Friday. Rich was professional and knowledgeable and easy to work with. More importantly, he was determined to have the car my wife wanted there and on time. He went above and beyond to make that happen! Would like to say "Thank You" to Rich for making this such a great experience! More

Rich Gouhin noticed me and although he was working with another customer, asked me to give him 5 minutes while rapping up and he would assist me. His approach to selling the Audi is a no nonsense one. He just let the car sell itself on a test drive. Rich is unlike most salesmen. Incredible visit! I drove all the way from Raleigh to Charlotte to look at a vehicle at another dealership. When I got there they explained to me that it had already b I drove all the way from Raleigh to Charlotte to look at a vehicle at another dealership. When I got there they explained to me that it had already been sold. As you can imagine, I wasn't pleased. So I drove around and found Audi of Charlotte. When I got out of the car Natalya greeted me. I explained to her what happened and she promised to take care of me. I gave her the specs of what I wanted and she said she might have something for me. After a quick test drive and 30 minute take, I was signing on the dotted line! Wow! She was very processional and did a unreal job! Can't thank her enough for taking care of me and leaving with a 2016 Audi A4!!!! More
