I only had to make two phone calls with Jon to negotiate the value of my trade, and the sales price of the new Vehicle. I literally completed the purchase of my vehicle on my lunch break. This was my first Audi purchase, and having purchased cars from Mercedes Benz and BMW, I can say this buying experience was the smoothest and most enjoyable thus far. More

They've taken good care of me and communicated very well during the agonizing wait before my Audi arrives. Any day now the car will be delivered, and I've been getting twice-a-day texts keeping me calm while I impatiently fret and wonder whether the truck has finally arrived since my last update 4 hours ago.
