Rodrigo was filling in for my regular service advisor Luana and it was a seamless handover. I was in for recall work on my A4 and he let me know that I did have a little bit left over on my service warra Luana and it was a seamless handover. I was in for recall work on my A4 and he let me know that I did have a little bit left over on my service warranty and he was able to throw in a synthetic oil and filter change as well with no charge. I appreciate the extra effort and willingness to help a client and not always trying to up-sell services. There's a closer Audi dealer to me but there's a reason I still drive this distance to get my car serviced. More
