Buyer Beware!! I purchased an audi q3 recently (within the past 3 weeks)and have already been to the dealership for service issues twice. This last time its because apparently a control unit faulted leavi the past 3 weeks)and have already been to the dealership for service issues twice. This last time its because apparently a control unit faulted leaving me with no infotainment unit, no navigation, no stereo, no bluetooth for communications,no cameras,etc. I was told despite all of these inconveniences that this didnt rise to the level of a safety concern so a loaner vehicle was not provided while this can be repaired. By the way - there is no current ETA that can be provided as to when it can be repaired due to logitical issues. This is a brand new 2022 Audi Q3, top trim.With no ETA as to when it can be repaired. My preference would be to trade the vehicle in for another car since apparently loaners are not available for such "minor issues" . I inquired as to the dealers trade in program but the kicker of this is the vehicle they sold me for an MSRP of 48,000 three weeks ago they would buy back for 40,000. Their "greatest depreciation is when you drive off the lot" doesnt hold water . The greatest depreciation is within the first year -true- but within the first 3 weeks an 8,000 drop in depreciation is bad marketing. More
