Horrible Customer Service I went to Audi to get my car wash in Coral Springs the valet guy told me the wait time would be an hour to an hour and half. I told him I would wait I went to Audi to get my car wash in Coral Springs the valet guy told me the wait time would be an hour to an hour and half. I told him I would wait it's not a problem ,he took my car to the back and after twenty minutes went to the service manager Steve and let him know my car wasn't purchased there, they then bring back my car to the front and told me they no longer do car was there and wanted to give me a coupon to go elsewhere and get it wash. My first Audi was purchased at Coral Springs when I was ready to trade in the car Coral Springs did not want to work with me, between me and my family we purchased seven vehicles from Coral Springs Audi. I went to West Palm Audi were customer service is exceptional and trade in my Audi and left with a new Audi and that's where my family members will be going when they're ready to trade in . Customer service at Coral Springs Audi is terrible and that's why they're going to loose a lot of customers. More

The salesman configured the app wrong and tossed tue tag after it was supposedly no longer needed. Once i tried to use the app i had to set a pin that was not set by the dealership. This process erased the vehicle tag number and i had to re-enter it. I was never given this tag and now i cannot set up tue app. Called the salesman and he has not returned my calls. He was very quick to call me while i was in tje process of getting the car, but now not so much anymore. More
