I received an email correspondence from Anthony letting me know about their holiday sale this weekend. I am a current Audi owner and really wanted to upgrade. I explained to Anthony exactly what I was looking for and within 4 hours, I was out the door in my new car. I cannot say enough good things about how professional and knowledgable Anthony was through the whole process. Honesty and Integrity is what I found in dealing with him. My wife and I ran out of gas on the turnpike about a mile from Coral Springs Audi and walked looking for gas or help.First place we saw was the Audi dealership I asked Anthony Segreto if I might pay him to t from Coral Springs Audi and walked looking for gas or help.First place we saw was the Audi dealership I asked Anthony Segreto if I might pay him to take us to get some gas because it was a pretty far walk and getting late. Without even a moments hesitation he said absulutely and wouldn't hear of accepting anything in return.He said "this is how people SHOULD treat each other!It's my pleasure." So even though he has just worked yet anouther I'm sure long day,he drove us for gas,took us to our car AND waited to make sure we were OK and our car was running.All this was at least a half hour after a long day. WHAT A NICE GUY!! If you EVER need a car you will be so pleasantly surprised working with this great guy.Forget any negative thing you thought about car salesmen-this man would be wonderful to deal with. I took my car in to be serviced and they INTENTIONALLY unplugged my A/C and said that I need to replace a $3000 part to fix. When I go to another place to see if it true they just plugged it back in and i unplugged my A/C and said that I need to replace a $3000 part to fix. When I went back to Coral Springs Audi the Shop Manager Luan admits to LYING about the broken part to get extra money!!! I went online to inquire about pricing for a new Audi Q5.The information was forwarded to me within minutes thru my email by Anthony Segreto, along with color combina inquire about pricing for a new Audi Q5.The information was forwarded to me within minutes thru my email by Anthony Segreto, along with color combinations and specifications. I later called Anthony on the telephone and we agreed to pricing. When I arrived at the showroom, my vehicle was detailed, gassed up and waiting in the delivery area to be driven home.The pricing on the vehicle was just as we had spoken, not one penny more.
