The car detailing was great. Car was given with less than a quarter tank of gas. We were out of state buyers driving the vehicle back so that was a huge inconvenience. Wow, they are terrible! For one, service doesn't answer the phone. After finally getting a hold of someone, The girl that I initially spoke with (Shannon) on my problem said she was going to email somebody on an estimate. I never got a call back and then I had to call again - was promised to call back but still they never even called me back??? Dreadful! There was a time when I want to consider anything else but an Audi but with the way technology has changed and my experiences with not just this out of dealership but even other outer dealerships I just need to back off on purchasing any Audi's and just wait and see how electric the EV industry goes..
