The service was fine but I was promised that my car was going to be washed by the time it was ready but when I went to pick it up it wasn’t and was rather very dirty. I was given a car wash coupon in comp going to be washed by the time it was ready but when I went to pick it up it wasn’t and was rather very dirty. I was given a car wash coupon in compensation to go to a local car wash to have that done but my point is that if you offer something then you should deliver on your promise as opposed to making me go to another place to get the car washed and water more time doing so More
