Needed warranty service. JD wanted to charge $390 before even looking at car after viewing carfax. Did nothing for one week. Limited service hours.Stated that he had only two mechanics and promised to look even looking at car after viewing carfax. Did nothing for one week. Limited service hours.Stated that he had only two mechanics and promised to look at car then get back to me.
