This dealer is all about the customer experience. You are treated like a VIP the minute you walk in the door. The sales guys are sincerely interested in helping you. They answer all your questions, are super efficient, and easy to do business with. Not a lot of back and forth games or high pressure tactics. It’s like buying a car from your brother. They will help you walk through what you want, need, and can afford and the net result is you will be much happier with the car you end up with. Much less stress than being out there on your own. We have bought 3 autos from this dealer, actually the same Top Notch rep, Chris Arellano, and have always received the highest service and a square deal. I immediately started to hear a loud ticking noise. At first I thought it was a flat until I looked closely and noticed the screw with the washer still attached. Of course, I was in complete disarray. My brand new car that I haven’t had a week already needs a new tire. I called Brandon Hunter in the Audi Dallas Service Department and explained what happened. Without hesitation, he chuckled with me in my moment of animation and said bring it in and let us take a look. I went in and the tire was changed without a cost. Although Brett had identified a 2020 Q3 with features I wanted and I had him mark it as "Sold", that one was scheduled to arrive in late October. With the deal we made, it was worth the wait. BUT, low and behold, he contacted me on Friday, 9/27 with the great news that an identical 2020 had arrived and if I wanted it, it was mine. Of course I said yes, and I was pleasantly surprised when I learned it had an extra feature which was not going to change the agreed upon price. The dealership was understandably very busy being the last weekend of the month, but I never felt like he or any of the employees were rushing through the process with us. The vehicle was parked in front with a prominently displayed sign hanging from rear view mirror which had my name and "Sold" written on it. I felt cared about and that the service was beyond anything one might expect from a dealership. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone considering purchase of an Audi! More
