Although Brett had identified a 2020 Q3 with features I wanted and I had him mark it as "Sold", that one was scheduled to arrive in late October. With the deal we made, it was worth the wait. BUT, low and behold, he contacted me on Friday, 9/27 with the great news that an identical 2020 had arrived and if I wanted it, it was mine. Of course I said yes, and I was pleasantly surprised when I learned it had an extra feature which was not going to change the agreed upon price. The dealership was understandably very busy being the last weekend of the month, but I never felt like he or any of the employees were rushing through the process with us. The vehicle was parked in front with a prominently displayed sign hanging from rear view mirror which had my name and "Sold" written on it. I felt cared about and that the service was beyond anything one might expect from a dealership. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone considering purchase of an Audi! More
