New tire needed. It was a dark and rainy night, not really it was hot and sunny and my left rear tire was about to go to where tires with bulging sidewalls go. So I go It was a dark and rainy night, not really it was hot and sunny and my left rear tire was about to go to where tires with bulging sidewalls go. So I got on the inter webs and started looking around. My first tire choice, a well known national chain did not have it. In fact not one of their many stores in the state of Texas had it. Said they could get it in a week or so. Then tried to sell me a tire that won’t fit. Disappointed. I called Audi Dallas next. Guess what? They had the tire there and could get me in at the end of the day. Mind you this was on a Saturday and they were jamming. I got there around 3:30 and met Kyle whom I had spoken with over the phone. He checked me in and took care of the details right away. I left the place around 5:00 with a new tire and a freshly washed car. Kyle was super helpful and explained everything. Also, the car was given an Audi multi point inspection and all the fluids topped off. At the end of the day, yeah I paid a few dollars more than I would have at the national chain, but they had it in stock at Audi Dallas, plus having Audi specialists do the work, I feel like it is money well spent. Good job to everyone and thank you for being there to help. More

Service call I had a flat tire, changed to the spare,and had my wife bring it in the next day.
