Mean and a horrible sales guy I had filled out a form on truecar for a Audi Q7. Chris called me without any email notice and so I said I will talk next week. Next week when he called I said I wasn't interested and didn't want to waste anyone's time. he kept asking me 5 times and at the end said "You didn't answer my question" and rudely hung up the phone. This guy doesn't know how to talk to customer. If you are looking for a good salesman he should be the last guy in your list. More

But, I was so pleasantly surprised at Audi Dallas and have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. Although I had originally been talking with a different sales rep, I ended up mostly dealing with Alec Burns. It took all of about 3 hours to get everything completed—on memorial day weekend—and it was an overall quick, easy, fair, and even entertaining experience. While we were out test driving the car I wanted, another customer actually closed their deal and purchased it. It was the last of that model in the colors I wanted, but Alec and Audi Dallas did everything they could to get me exactly what I wanted and I actually ended up with an even nicer car at the same price. Tom Hutton, the finance manager was also excellent and extremely honest in describing the different coverages available and what really makes the most sense based on your driving habits and where you live. This was my first audi, and I will undoubtedly return to Audi Dallas at the end of my lease for another one! More

Awesome Service advisor! I'm going to be honest, I don't have great experience when it comes to servicing my Audi at Audi Dallas. This time it was a recall, Jordan Windham was I'm going to be honest, I don't have great experience when it comes to servicing my Audi at Audi Dallas. This time it was a recall, Jordan Windham was my service advisor and let me tell you, this guy is awesome! He was so knowledgeable and professional since the minute I arrived, when I arrived, he was there waiting for me and he answered all my questions and provided me with all the deatils. I have to say this time, my experience was super, my car is running and function totally smooth after the recall, they also did an overall vehicle inspection. I also want to thank the specialist who worked on my car, he did a marvelous job, not even a single scratch, thank you all for making this a memorable experience! More
