Unexpected Treat I happened to be in the area and decided to have my 2015 Q7 washed at Audi-Dallas. While waiting, I noticed Nichole Guidry had an upgrade promotion f I happened to be in the area and decided to have my 2015 Q7 washed at Audi-Dallas. While waiting, I noticed Nichole Guidry had an upgrade promotion flyer posted. I mentioned what would make sense for me to consider upgrading to the new 2017 Q7 (I really wasn't shopping for a new car...), and before I knew it Nichole had pulled up my account and said she believed we could get it done. The details were then worked out with Chris, and I’m now enjoying my new Q7. Again, an unexpected treat! More

No response to invited correspondence with the GM See my review from May 6th regarding a total lack of response from the GM to a communication that he invited. It has now been 2 months and 2 weeks since I originally corresponded with the GM of Audi Dallas. I have still not heard from the individual in any substantive way. While I hate to denigrate the fine employees of Audi Dallas, because of the lack of any substantive response from the GM, I must rate this dealership as completely unacceptable. My leased vehicle ( I prepaid the entire 3 year lease) is being turned in to another Audi dealership. I would never do business with this dealership again. Again, I would state that Mike Woods is a 5 star person as is the service department. More

Quick & Efficient Took my Q3 in for the 15,000 service. Eric was my advisor. I had scheduled a loaner but he told me he could get it done in 1hr. So I waited. It was do Took my Q3 in for the 15,000 service. Eric was my advisor. I had scheduled a loaner but he told me he could get it done in 1hr. So I waited. It was done in under an hour. During that time I used their wifi to catch up on emails and texting friends. I also looked over some of the cars in the Lobby. The time flew and I'm very happy with Eric. He did the service on my Q5 the week before and that day I did get a loaner. I purchased my Q5 from Dallas Audi and my Q3 from Plano Audi. I much prefer how I'm treated and the quality of the services I get from Audi Dallas. So now I only use their service department for both cars. I live in Plano and it's worth the drive. More

The place to buy an Audi Went to Audi Dallas after getting a low offer for my trade-in and being stonewalled on a price citing that "the sticker price on a used Audi is a fina Went to Audi Dallas after getting a low offer for my trade-in and being stonewalled on a price citing that "the sticker price on a used Audi is a final price" at Audi Plano. Audi Dallas gave me a much better offer for my trade in (double what Plano offered) and worked with me to get an amazing deal on a new Audi. Great team with friendly, helpful staff. Ryan was a great salesman. More
