Best Car Buying Experience This was the best car buying experience I have ever experienced. Our sales rep, Deldon, found the exact Q7 we were looking for. He was very informative about the entire process, he never tried to talk us into something we didn't want, and once we purchased the vehicle he took the time to explain every detail of the car to us. We met with Thomas to discuss the financing side of things, this sometimes being the dreadful part of purchasing a car, Not with Thomas!!! He answered every question we had, Everything was very black and white, no hidden charges, he explained every penny of our purchase, and didn't allow us to sign any paperwork until we complete understood what we were signing. This was the most comfortable car buying experience we have ever experienced and look forward to doing business with Audi Dallas in the future!! More

Our understanding was we will be financed with 2% interest given our excellent credit and down payment But Mike pushed on us a subprime rate of 3,9% which is higher than my mortgage.rate and he gave us no explanation other than we were agreed to the estimate monthly payment range which is very dishonest. As a result, we decided to forgo some of the service plans we may have added otherwise. However, we communicated our disappointment to the dealership and they addressed our concern and decided to give us $350 in Amex gift certificate. The reason I am giving this dealership 5 star is because of the exceptional service we received from John and the dealership promptness at addressing our issue. I will definitely do business with this dealership and John but with a different finance person, Mekdes More

LEARN to service a car properly NEVER service your car at this location. My car has 45k miles on it and several parts have completely failed, BUT apparently that is normal wear and tear. NOW, i have to replace a part that AUID SHOULD have checked themselves. Instead they hide behind their techinical service bulletin xxxxxxxxx. I promise you will be disappointed not only with your AUDI, but also with the "SERVICE" provided. LEARN to take care of customers that are supposed to be with you a lifetime. More
