Paperwork was smooth and relatively quick, it's all digital on their desk (pretty cool). The finance guy was very polite and informative! Several of the staff members made sure we were well taken care of. Though they are a high end Audi dealer in Dallas mostly catering to wealthier individuals they were very polite and not intimidating (I was there to buy a $16k Honda Pilot). There were no surprises from Mike my salesman, everything was exactly as he described. Would recommend shopping here for anyone! More
