Scheduled a service appointment online and spoke to the scheduling agent. When I arrived for my appointment they told me it would be at least 7 days before anyone could look at my car. I said I would come scheduling agent. When I arrived for my appointment they told me it would be at least 7 days before anyone could look at my car. I said I would come back in seven days but they said I had to leave the car there. Why make an appointment if it's not honored in a timely manner or at least advise me that it's going to take a week. And no loaner cars. Horrible. More

The customer service at Audi Dallas is top notch form the moment I drive up. The staff are extremely professional-within seconds of driving up someone greets me and offers to assist. The team always gives moment I drive up. The staff are extremely professional-within seconds of driving up someone greets me and offers to assist. The team always gives me a fast estimate of service and time estimate to get the car back, they call an Alto to get me home and they are in regular communication regarding status and they send me a video via text of the condition of my car. They are prompt, nice and honest. I feel as though they bend over backwards to get things right and to make sure my RS6 is perfect when I pick it up. More
