Upon arrival I was met at my car, quickly checked in, and I called and was able to get a service appointment scheduled for my 2019 RS5 within a week. Upon arrival I was met at my car, quickly checked in, and waited at the service center for under 90 minutes while they completed the 1-year service, looked into a couple of potential issues (luckily they turned out to be non-issues) and completed a state inspection.
