Good Indian, I am the manager you spoke to my name is Leo Sam and at no point did I scream or yell... nor did David... I know we all perceive reality differently and if you felt as though I did for that I will apologize. As for the numbers David and you agreed on 12,000 miles/per year at the time of initial purchase. David did make a mistake on the non-binding proposal form and never changed the miles per year but both parties were aware of the agreed upon miles. We are dealer of the year for Audi on Dealer Rater and a top 15 dealer for Audi in American achieving the level of Magna Elite dealership you only achieve that level by offering great customer care during and after the sale. Leo, David and I agreed on the price. What I told him was that I definitely wanted more than 10K miles. You were not on the call when David and I spoke (which when you walked into the office, you mentioned you were). David and I were going back on forth on his/mine cell phones - u were not on the call. And if you were listening to those calls w/o telling a me/customer - that's wrong. I know mistakes happen. I work in the service industry as well, but it's about how do you handle them and how you respond to them. You said I was trying to cheat you guys. You did raise your voice and were extremely unprofessional. Perceptions are different but when you tell a customer that I'm trying to cheat you - not sure how someone should take that positively. I was there spending more than 60K on a car...if I was trying to scam you guys for 5 to 10K - that's cheating. My friend who came along felt the same way as I did. As mentioned - I have no problem with David's service. He provided great service.
