Excellent service, very accommodating We purchased a 2016 A6 from another dealership. Our A6 had previously been serviced at Devon but we thought that the Audi dealership in West Chester We purchased a 2016 A6 from another dealership. Our A6 had previously been serviced at Devon but we thought that the Audi dealership in West Chester would be closer for us so we went there for help with open recalls on our A6. Well, we were not well received by Audi in West Chester. Let's just say, we felt like they didn't have the time of day for us....they put us on a "waiting list" for the Recalls and frankly were very short with us. So off to Audi Devon we went. A completely different experience there. They couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly. They got us in that next Monday for the recall service (we stopped by on Friday afternoon). Talk about fast service! We were told about the entire service history of our car, too. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and a part of the Audi family. Thank you Audi Devon!! More

I would have given the dealership 5 stars if the car was ready on arrival and if we could have used the service bay to be introduced to the car. Pouring rain and we had to deliver the car outside the dealership garages. Although The deal was complete before we entered the building the paperwork still took a couple of hours. Recommend both Gary and Demery. More
