I live in West Chester and decided to use WC Audi a few times because of the convenience, but several times had to return the car after having work done because it was incomplete, ie they forgot to hook the power steering back up so it was clear nobody noticed when they drove the car back to the service bay, but I noticed it as soon as I was driving home. Another time they did engine work and forgot to put enough oil back in. It cost me aggravation and the car had to be towed back to the shop because it could not be driven. Very happy with Devon Audi. Alan Cogbill was recommended by a friend so I contacted him regarding my interest in the Q7. Alan was extremely professional, very responsive and a pleasure to deal with, this played a major role in my decision to go with Audi. I special ordered a fully loaded 2019 Q7 and it was one of the first to arrive. He is great on the details and follow-up . I am completely satisfied and would recommend Alan any body, he will have his 40th anniversary with Audi in January and is a real pro!!! Nathan Weisser was also very professional in his approach, had all the paperwork available when I picked up the car. The completion of the sale was very easy as a result. More
