But I must also applaud the service department at Audi of Devon. A brake issue developed with our 2014 A6. The brakes needed new linings and rotors. Technically that repair was not covered by warranty but between Jeff and the service manager, Joe Krantz, it was decided that it was something that was not my fault and the dealership covered the total cost of the repair.
