From the salesperson Deian Stoianov, the Ecommerce manager Bryan Feely and the finance manager Matt Logue...even the owner Jaymie checked in to make sure everything was going well throughout the process. While other places played games or just didn't give us a decent trade-in value, Audi was totally straightforward. Gave us the value we needed for the BMW and had the exact Q5 we wanted in stock. Can't say enough! I am probably now an Audi Boulder customer for life! More

From the first few minutes with Jim Page I knew I was dealing with an intelligent, kind, and professional gentleman who was going to make sure that I was happy with ALL decisions regarding a car purchase. He was absolutely NOT the horrible car salesman we all dread to deal with! He ask what I needed for a trade and cemented a great deal for my new car, in very short order. I was dazed and amazed!! I had to read things over a couple of times to make sure I was actually seeing things correctly- it was such a terrific deal. It was absolutely everything I told him I needed to make the purchase. Throughout the process he was continually catering to my needs and questions and regarding all matters. Unbelievably, he even took the time after his work day was done to drive my old car home (a town away and then some!) so I could get my road bikes and rack off the old one. He has gone out of his way to make sure all aspects of this purchase have been, and continue to be perfect! Audi Boulder is a great dealership and Jim Page Is obviously a valued member of their sales team!! So very impressed! IT REALLY IS WORTH THE DRIVE!! More

Best dealership experience EVER! I'm car dealer averse. My experience started out to be typical of a dealership experience, however the end experience was phenomenal. I emailed the dealership to find out if a certain car was available. After 2 hours of back and forth with someone's assistant and no clear answer, I TWEETED the dealership. The dealership responded back quickly and invited me in for a test drive. I was there shortly thereafter and met Bryan, the digital sales manager, who set me up with Max. Max was amazing. He made me feel comfortable and was so wonderfully nice and engaging. I fell in love with the car. Max asked if their finance department could have a shot at beating my credit union's rate. My husband and I agreed to let them try. They beat our credit union's rate and made the transaction super smooth. Matt in the finance department did a fantastic job explaining everything and made it fun too. We won't hesitate to contact "our team" at Audi Boulder the next time we're ready to buy a vehicle. In addition to the Q5 I was interested in the Ford Edge Sport. I went to a Ford dealer, test drove the car, and then the games began. I couldn't believe the disingenious strategy the salesman was employing. It started with, "I can't really talk price unless you are ready to sit down right now and commit to buying this car". After I sat down and started working out a purchase price he actually started using the old "let me go to my sales manager and see if he will accept this offer" tactic. After a few back and forths in this manner, during which I never met this mystery sales manager, I was over it. The whole process seemed designed to pressure you into making a bad decision and to put the dealer in the position of power. I was so disgusted I walked out of the dealership. I drove straight to Audi Boulder and met Adam Golsteyn. We test drove the car and afterwards we discussed the price with rebates and trade-in values. He printed out the purchase details and I took it home to sleep on it. The next day I worked out the details and finalized the pricing negotiations all by email with Adam. The day after that I walked into the dealership and the whole purchase process, including financing, was finalized in less than an hour. The whole process was painless, efficient, transparent and straight forward, the way it should be. AUDI BOULDER TOTALLY GETS IT! More
