Newcomers have a great experience! We are new to the Front Range and I was discussing my need for a personal vehicle at a local body shop while having work done on a family members' car We are new to the Front Range and I was discussing my need for a personal vehicle at a local body shop while having work done on a family members' car. The contact put me in touch with John Steiner who runs the service department. John introduced us to Deon Stoianov who quickly became our favorite sales contact! The Certified Pre-Owned car we decided to consider was not even at the dealership yet, so we test drove a newer vehicle with Deon to get a feel for the Audi brand. He did not try to push us into anything and followed up with us when the vehicle arrived. We drove the 2012 A6 and fell in love with it! While we were there the w indshield was replaced due to a small chip - no detail was overlooked. Deon and the management got us the price we wanted to pay and Matt in finance made the loan arrangements quickly and painlessly - even beat our credit union with a better rate. Overall a wonderful buying experience! More

Jim Page Critique I purchased a 2015 Q5 TDI from Jim in Dec 2014. I then purchased 2015 A5 2.0T 6 speed from Jim in June 2015. Jim was very easy to work with. He let I purchased a 2015 Q5 TDI from Jim in Dec 2014. I then purchased 2015 A5 2.0T 6 speed from Jim in June 2015. Jim was very easy to work with. He let me drive any car I wanted to insure I would make the best choice. When the negotiation part came about, he put me in the driver's seat. He let me dictate what price I was willing to pay. He always took my "low" offer(s) into the manager even if he was sure it would not be approved. I firmly believed I was in control of the situation, and all that happened. I never once had buyer's remorse with either purchase. I look forward to purchasing a third Audi (probably a Q3 to replace my VW Tiguan) from him in the future. More

A few weeks ago I had the pleasure to work with the team at Audi Boulder and Nat Carruthers Who knew that using a car could be so much fun (and easy)? A few weeks ago I had the pleasure to work with the team at Audi Boulder and Nat Carruthers to buy a new Audi. First we looked at the models that would fit my wish list and settled on a beautiful Q3. The fact that it was still wrapped from its journey to the US was definitely a nice touch. Once we had the car, we talked finances and Nat made sure I got the best possible deal. A few signatures with the finance department and I was off riding my new Q3 and I could not have been happier. Overall the new team at Audi (Kuni acquired the dealership from Stammler a while ago) made sure my experience was great and that at every step of the process they were making sure I was happy. Definitely pay them a visit if you are in the market for an Audi (or a she'd car, as they sell them, too). More
