I had the unfortunate experience of having my 2021 SQ8 totaled by someone running a red-light after only a month or so. I needed to find a replacement SQ8 in a hurry and - given the current supply chain totaled by someone running a red-light after only a month or so. I needed to find a replacement SQ8 in a hurry and - given the current supply chain challenges - I ended up calling dealers all over the country, trying to find a new SQ8. By chance, Mike responded to my enquiry and we ended up having a great conversation. Regrettably, Audi Flatirons did not have an SQ8 in their pipeline that met my requirements - but Mike went above and beyond to try and identify vehicles that could fit my needs. He was simply amazing and ended up helping me more than anyone, even including Customer Care at Audi USA head office! As a result of his suggestions and info he has helped me secure a new SQ8. I can honestly say that he is the best Audi rep that I have ever worked with (and, given that I have owned Audis for 40 years, is saying a LOT), and I just wish that I had been able to bring my business to Audi Flatiron. He certainly deserves 5-stars for his outstanding service, and he will get my future business if the opportunity presents itself. Ross Philo More
