After spending the prior day at another dealership that spent hours back and forth to the manager and haggling over price and not deal, this was not the experience at AUDI Flatirons. Katie had Kieran help show us the vehicle and take it for a test drive. Then Katie and Kieran made the purchase process simple, timely, and helped our daughter reach her budget and desired financing. Kieran and Brooke (finance) followed up with questions after the process. It was a great experience. More

Did I really just enjoy a car buying experience?! I had high expectations going into purchasing an Audi, but I was beyond impressed and thankful for the experience buying a car at Audi Flatirons, spec I had high expectations going into purchasing an Audi, but I was beyond impressed and thankful for the experience buying a car at Audi Flatirons, specifically working with Jim Page. Jim really listened to what our priorities were, helped us come up with the pros and cons of different options, and clearly was focused on getting us the right vehicle at the right price (not just the most expensive). Jim continued to go above and beyond at multiple points during and even after the sale, going as far as driving all the way to our house about 45 min from the dealership at 8pm on New Years Eve to collect a check at time of closing since I had forgotten one and it was too late to drive home and back to the dealership. Not only was Jim awesome during the sale, he has been nothing but fantastic since, making sure everything is going well and ensuring we have all of our questions answered. I went to Audi to buy a great car, and I'll be a long time customer because of the service of people like Jim. More
