When it turned out that the A3 was affected by the VW/Audi emissions problem, we opted to have Audi buy back the A3 (for a price that was more than fair, we thought!). We had such a positive experience with how Audi has handled this unfortunate circumstance that, even though we looked at other cars, we came back to Audi and bought the Q3. The whole process has been handled seamlessly, and we are thrilled with the new car. Ryan Bonino has been particularly terrific helping us navigate this months-long process. We are loyal Audi fans! Him and the other Audi employees were generous when I came in. They feed me pizza & tea to drink. So far Jeff has been helpful in getting me a few accessories like a car charger for my phone and rubber floor mats. Thanks Jeff!! There are a couple of things going on with my car that I have setup an appointment for them to look at. One thing is the car stereo rattles the trunk area of the car and some some small peeling on the clear mask. I expect these things will be fixed with excellent service! More
